We ask for 14 days’ notice should you wish to cancel your stay at Secret Bay. Otherwise we will charge a 3-night cancellation fee. This cancellation fee will also be applied to early departures.
Payment:
A 3-night deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. For long term stays (of a mimimum of one month) a 10-night deposit is required per month of stay.
Conditions:
Rates are quoted for a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Concessions are offered for longer stays (more than a month). See Long-term Breaks or contact us for more information. If you would like to stay at Secret Bay for less than 5 nights, please do contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Children over the age of 12 years old are welcome at Secret Bay and families with children will be accommodated in the two-bedroom villas. There is a maximum of two children allowed per villa.
Please note that all rates are per night per unit, except the Long-term Break rate, which is a monthly rate.
Rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to 10% tax and 10% gratuity. All rates include full use of the Secret Bay site, including mountain bikes and kayaks, snorkelling and swimming gear. Properties are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi access, audiovisual system with iPod dock, cable television, books and games as well as daily international newspapers on your villa Kindle. Transport to and from the airport and a lovely Welcome Dinner are also complimentary.
